Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Fruiti.

Fruiti is a social, dating, connection and communication platform designed to help people discover, chat, share, verify, and connect in a safer, more respectful environment.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Fruiti, including our mobile applications, website, subscription services, verification systems, messaging features, profile features, community features, safety tools, advertising surfaces, administrative review systems, and any other Fruiti products or services we make available.

By creating an account, accessing Fruiti, using Fruiti, purchasing a subscription, uploading content, interacting with another user, or otherwise using any part of Fruiti, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not access or use Fruiti.

2. Who We Are

In these Terms:

“Fruiti,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the operator of the Fruiti platform.

“You” or “user” means any person who accesses, views, registers for, uses, purchases, tests, interacts with, or otherwise accesses Fruiti.

“Services” means the Fruiti app, website, software, systems, platform, APIs, backend services, content, features, subscriptions, verification tools, messaging tools, moderation tools, discovery tools, advertising features, and related services.

3. Eligibility

You may only use Fruiti if:

  1. you are at least the minimum legal age required to use the Service in your location;
  2. you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
  3. you are not prohibited from using Fruiti under any applicable law;
  4. you have not previously been banned, suspended, removed, or restricted by Fruiti, unless we have given written permission for you to return;
  5. you are using Fruiti for genuine personal, social, dating, connection, or community purposes, unless we have given written commercial permission.

Fruiti may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time where we reasonably believe a user is ineligible, unsafe, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

4. Account Registration

To use certain Fruiti features, you must create an account.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, complete and not misleading. You must keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login details, device access, trusted-device credentials, and any activity that occurs under your account.

You must not:

  1. create an account using false, misleading, impersonated, stolen, or unauthorised information;
  2. use another person’s account;
  3. sell, transfer, license, rent, share, or assign your account;
  4. create multiple accounts to evade moderation, enforcement, rate limits, payment restrictions, bans, blocks, or safety systems;
  5. use automation, scripts, bots, emulators, scraping tools, or synthetic activity to register, login, message, view, match, subscribe, verify, or interact with Fruiti.

5. Personal Use Licence

Subject to these Terms, Fruiti grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use Fruiti for your own personal use.

This licence does not give you ownership of Fruiti, its software, brand, systems, design, code, content, workflows, features, business logic, algorithms, databases, moderation systems, verification systems, discovery systems, or commercial methods.

We may revoke this licence at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your access presents a legal, security, safety, commercial, operational, fraud, abuse, platform integrity, or intellectual property risk.

6. Competitor, Benchmarking and Misuse Restrictions

This section is deliberately important.

You must not access or use Fruiti, directly or indirectly, for the purpose of competing with Fruiti, copying Fruiti, benchmarking Fruiti, analysing Fruiti for competitive purposes, reproducing Fruiti’s features, or assisting another person to do so.

Unless we give prior written permission, you must not:

  1. access Fruiti to design, develop, train, test, improve, launch, operate, market, fund, advise, or support a competing product, service, app, platform, website, software, feature, system, model, dataset, moderation tool, verification tool, discovery tool, dating product, social product, community product, or connection product;
  2. copy, imitate, reproduce, replicate, duplicate, adapt, translate, modify, re-skin, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, inspect, derive, or attempt to discover any part of Fruiti’s software, source code, object code, APIs, architecture, interface flows, screen designs, content structure, feature logic, matching logic, discovery logic, moderation logic, safety logic, subscription logic, verification logic, business rules, admin systems, data structures, or user experience;
  3. use Fruiti to create, train, validate, test, improve, or benchmark any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, moderation model, ranking model, discovery model, recommendation model, safety model, verification system, dataset, synthetic dataset, or competing service;
  4. scrape, crawl, index, monitor, mine, harvest, export, download, copy, cache, store, mirror, record, photograph, screenshot at scale, or otherwise collect Fruiti data, profiles, media, content, interactions, pricing, flows, screenshots, layouts, metadata, or system behaviour;
  5. conduct competitive analysis, pricing analysis, feature analysis, growth analysis, user behaviour analysis, UX analysis, technical analysis, security probing, market mapping, or product research on Fruiti for a competing or potentially competing purpose;
  6. instruct, encourage, persuade, induce, request, employ, engage, refer, recommend, fund, commission, assist, enable, or procure any person to do anything prohibited by this section;
  7. use Fruiti as a reference product for a competing tender, pitch, proposal, grant application, investor deck, product roadmap, market-entry strategy, or technical build plan;
  8. access Fruiti while acting on behalf of, employed by, contracted to, advising, investing in, funding, consulting for, or otherwise assisting a competitor or potential competitor, unless that access is purely personal and not used for any commercial, technical, strategic, legal, or competitive purpose.

For the purpose of this section, a competitor or potential competitor includes any person or entity that operates, develops, plans, funds, advises, markets, owns, controls, or materially assists a product, service, app, platform, website, software, social network, dating service, hookup service, community service, messaging service, creator/community platform, verification service, safety/moderation service, or discovery service that is the same as, substantially similar to, adjacent to, or reasonably capable of competing with Fruiti.

This section applies whether the prohibited conduct is done manually, automatically, through a third party, through an agent, through a contractor, through a fake account, through a personal account, through a research account, through a test account, through a device farm, through a data vendor, through an agency, or through any other indirect method.

7. No Circumvention

You must not bypass, interfere with, disable, avoid, manipulate, overload, probe, or defeat any Fruiti system, including:

  1. authentication systems;
  2. trusted-device systems;
  3. verification systems;
  4. moderation systems;
  5. safety tools;
  6. payment systems;
  7. entitlement systems;
  8. subscription limits;
  9. discovery ranking;
  10. rate limits;
  11. region restrictions;
  12. account restrictions;
  13. reporting systems;
  14. anti-spam systems;
  15. bot detection systems;
  16. advertising systems;
  17. content controls;
  18. privacy controls;
  19. technical protection measures.

8. Community Conduct

Fruiti is not a free-for-all.

You must not use Fruiti to:

  1. harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, stalk, shame, blackmail, exploit, bully, or target another person;
  2. upload, request, share, promote, or distribute illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, abusive, hateful, violent, or harmful content;
  3. impersonate another person;
  4. misrepresent your identity, age, location, intentions, relationship status, verification status, subscription status, or affiliation;
  5. promote scams, fraud, phishing, financial exploitation, fake investments, escorting, trafficking, illegal services, drugs, weapons, or harmful conduct;
  6. share private information about another person without consent;
  7. use Fruiti for spam, mass messaging, commercial solicitation, lead generation, recruitment, political campaigning, advertising, or promotional activity without permission;
  8. upload malware, tracking code, spyware, harmful files, or malicious links;
  9. interfere with another user’s safe use of Fruiti;
  10. engage in conduct that Fruiti reasonably considers unsafe, deceptive, exploitative, unlawful, offensive, harmful to the community, or harmful to Fruiti.

9. Sexual, Adult and PG-13 Content Controls

Fruiti may allow flirtatious, dating-oriented, suggestive, or adult-adjacent social interaction, but we may restrict nudity, explicit sexual content, graphic sexual content, non-consensual sexual content, exploitative content, or content that breaches platform rules, law, payment processor rules, app store requirements, or our community standards.

We may use disclaimers, content warnings, photo rules, story rules, upload prompts, moderation systems, verification systems, automated tools, human review, user reports, and enforcement actions to manage content safety.

You are responsible for the content you upload, send, request, publish, or share.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to Fruiti, including profile text, photos, stories, messages, comments, reports, feedback, and other material.

However, by uploading, submitting, sending, creating, or making content available through Fruiti, you grant Fruiti a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, process, copy, reproduce, display, transmit, publish, adapt, moderate, review, remove, use, and otherwise process that content as reasonably necessary to:

  1. operate Fruiti;
  2. provide the Services;
  3. display your profile and content to other users according to your settings;
  4. deliver messaging, stories, discovery, verification, reporting, moderation, safety, support, analytics, debugging, and subscription features;
  5. enforce these Terms;
  6. comply with law;
  7. protect users, Fruiti, and the community;
  8. improve and maintain the Services.

We do not claim ownership of your content.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licences and consents needed to upload and share your content.

11. Messages and Private Interactions

Fruiti may provide private messaging, media sharing, voice, video, story replies, comments, group conversations, read receipts, typing indicators, expiring media, unsend tools, screenshot protections, and other communication features.

You understand that no digital communication system is perfectly private, secure, recoverable, or deletion-proof.

Other users may save, photograph, record, screenshot, copy, describe, disclose, or misuse content despite technical or policy restrictions. You should not share anything you are not comfortable losing control over.

Fruiti may review, scan, restrict, preserve, disclose, or remove communications where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, moderation, technical integrity, fraud prevention, user reports, support, or enforcement.

12. Verification

Fruiti may offer account, face, photo, email, device, payment, age, trust, safety, or identity-related verification features.

Verification does not guarantee that a user is safe, honest, compatible, legally compliant, available, single, trustworthy, or who they claim to be in all respects.

You must not falsify, spoof, manipulate, bypass, sell, transfer, or misuse verification.

We may require re-verification, suspend verification, revoke verification badges, restrict accounts, or refuse access where verification fails, expires, appears fraudulent, or presents a risk.

13. Subscriptions, Fruiti+ and Paid Features

Fruiti may offer free features and paid features, including subscriptions such as Fruiti+.

Paid features may include benefits such as increased access, discovery tools, visibility tools, incognito options, vault features, unsend tools, read receipts, typing indicators, audio/video calling, expiring media features, selective visibility, reduced advertising, or other features.

Subscription features may change over time. We may add, remove, modify, rename, bundle, limit, pause, replace, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for product, legal, operational, safety, platform, payment, or commercial reasons.

Pricing, billing periods, renewal terms, trial terms, cancellation rules, taxes, refunds, and payment methods will be disclosed at the point of purchase where required.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are managed through the relevant app store. Subscriptions purchased through the Fruiti website or another payment provider are managed through that payment provider.

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription through the same platform or payment provider you used to purchase it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Anti-Competitor Access Clause

You must not access Fruiti if your purpose, in whole or in part, is to copy, reproduce, benchmark, monitor, test, compare, analyse, reverse engineer, or use Fruiti to create, improve, support, fund, advise, market, or operate a competing or potentially competing product, service, platform, feature, software, dataset, model, or business.

15. Indirect Conduct Clause

You must not instruct, encourage, persuade, employ, engage, refer, recommend, fund, commission, assist, enable, or procure another person to do anything you are prohibited from doing under these Terms.

16. No Competitive Litigation Abuse Clause

You must not access or use Fruiti to manufacture, support, coordinate, fund, assist, or encourage claims, complaints, disputes, threats, demands, campaigns, or proceedings that are false, malicious, abusive, vexatious, commercially motivated, competitor-driven, or based on unauthorised access, misuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or breach of these Terms.

17. Evidence Preservation Clause

Where Fruiti reasonably believes a user has breached these Terms, Fruiti may preserve account data, technical logs, device signals, payment signals, content, communications, reports, and other relevant information for investigation, enforcement, dispute resolution, legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, and platform protection.

18. Trade Secrets Clause

You acknowledge that Fruiti contains confidential and proprietary systems, product methods, technical workflows, business logic, safety logic, verification logic, moderation logic, discovery logic, ranking logic, entitlement logic, software architecture, interface structures, and commercial know-how that are valuable to Fruiti and not generally known.

19. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on where and how you purchased.

For purchases through Apple or Google, refund requests are generally handled by Apple or Google under their own rules.

For purchases through Fruiti’s website or a third-party payment provider, Fruiti may assess refund requests in accordance with applicable law, payment provider rules, these Terms, and any refund policy displayed at purchase.

We do not provide refunds merely because:

  1. you changed your mind;
  2. you forgot to cancel;
  3. you did not use the service;
  4. you were restricted, suspended, or banned for breaching these Terms;
  5. a feature changed, unless required by law;
  6. another user did not respond or interact as hoped.

This does not limit non-excludable consumer rights.

20. Advertising and Promotions

Fruiti may display advertising, sponsored content, promotions, offers, referrals, or brand placements.

We may use information such as device data, approximate location, app activity, subscription status, eligibility, and preferences to determine whether and how ads or promotions are displayed, subject to our Privacy Statement and applicable law.

Paid users may receive reduced advertising or an ad-free experience depending on their subscription entitlements.

21. Safety, Moderation and Enforcement

Fruiti may use automated systems, human review, reports, safety tools, AI-assisted tools, detection systems, audit logs, device signals, behavioural signals, payment signals, and third-party services to detect, prevent, investigate, moderate, or respond to:

  1. abuse;
  2. scams;
  3. spam;
  4. bots;
  5. catfishing;
  6. fake accounts;
  7. harassment;
  8. illegal activity;
  9. payment fraud;
  10. evasion;
  11. platform manipulation;
  12. competitor misuse;
  13. privacy or security risks;
  14. conduct that breaches these Terms.

We may take any action we reasonably consider appropriate, including warning, hiding, demoting, restricting, pausing, removing content, disabling features, requiring verification, requiring password reset, limiting discovery, limiting messaging, suspending an account, banning an account, blocking devices, blocking payment methods, preserving evidence, reporting to authorities, or taking legal action.

We are not required to disclose the full details of our moderation, safety, detection, ranking, verification, fraud, abuse, or enforcement systems where doing so could compromise safety, privacy, security, intellectual property, or platform integrity.

22. Intellectual Property

Fruiti owns or licenses all rights in the Services, including the Fruiti name, logos, icons, branding, software, source code, object code, systems, layouts, user interface, user experience, workflows, design language, graphics, animations, product structure, discovery logic, matching logic, moderation logic, verification logic, subscription logic, admin systems, databases, APIs, documentation, trade secrets, know-how, and other intellectual property.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, display, sell, license, exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, train on, benchmark, or use Fruiti intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

23. Feedback

If you provide ideas, suggestions, designs, feature requests, bug reports, comments, improvements, concepts, or other feedback about Fruiti, you grant Fruiti a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use, copy, modify, commercialise, publish, implement, and exploit that feedback without payment, attribution, restriction, or obligation.

You must not provide feedback that contains confidential information belonging to a competitor, employer, client, or third party.

24. Third-Party Services

Fruiti may rely on third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers, messaging providers, moderation providers, verification providers, mapping providers, notification services, email providers, advertising providers, customer support tools, and infrastructure providers.

We are not responsible for third-party services except to the extent required by law.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.

25. Availability and Changes

Fruiti may change, suspend, remove, restrict, replace, discontinue, or modify any feature, service, interface, entitlement, subscription benefit, content, system, or availability at any time.

We may do this for product, safety, legal, commercial, technical, security, operational, platform, payment, moderation, user protection, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, permanent, or always-available access to Fruiti.

26. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, terminate, delete, disable, or refuse to restore your account where we reasonably believe:

  1. you breached these Terms;
  2. your conduct is unsafe, deceptive, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, exploitative, or harmful;
  3. your account is fake, compromised, automated, duplicated, sold, transferred, or used for evasion;
  4. your account is used for competitor misuse or platform analysis;
  5. your account creates legal, safety, privacy, operational, payment, reputational, or security risk;
  6. we are required or permitted to do so by law, app store rules, payment provider rules, court order, regulator request, or platform policy.

Upon termination, your right to use Fruiti ends immediately.

Sections relating to intellectual property, competitor restrictions, user content licences, enforcement, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute resolution, and any terms intended to survive will continue after termination.

27. Legal Action, Platform Harm and Injunctive Relief

You acknowledge that unauthorised copying, scraping, reverse engineering, competitor misuse, data harvesting, security interference, account evasion, misuse of verification systems, or misuse of Fruiti intellectual property may cause significant harm that may not be adequately compensated by damages alone.

Where permitted by law, Fruiti may seek urgent injunctive relief, specific performance, account preservation orders, evidence preservation, damages, costs, legal fees, and any other available remedy.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a person from exercising legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. But no user may access or use Fruiti for the purpose of manufacturing, funding, assisting, encouraging, coordinating, or supporting claims, complaints, disputes, threats, demands, campaigns, or proceedings that are false, malicious, abusive, vexatious, unlawful, deceptive, commercially motivated, competitor-driven, or based on unauthorised access or misuse of Fruiti.

28. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. Fruiti is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis;
  2. we do not guarantee matches, dates, responses, compatibility, safety, identity, attraction, accuracy, availability, verification outcomes, or user conduct;
  3. users are responsible for their own interactions, decisions, meetings, messages, content, and conduct;
  4. verification, moderation, reporting, blocking, safety prompts, AI-assisted tools, and platform controls reduce risk but do not eliminate risk;
  5. we do not guarantee that Fruiti will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, bug-free, or free from harmful conduct by users or third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, remedy, warranty, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fruiti is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, reputational, emotional distress, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of content, or loss arising from user conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fruiti’s total aggregate liability to you for claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the greater of:

  1. the amount you paid to Fruiti in the 12 months before the claim; or
  2. AUD $100.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

30. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Fruiti, its officers, employees, contractors, agents, partners, licensors, service providers, and related entities against any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense arising from:

  1. your breach of these Terms;
  2. your misuse of Fruiti;
  3. your content;
  4. your interaction with another user;
  5. your breach of law;
  6. your infringement of rights;
  7. your unauthorised access, scraping, copying, reverse engineering, competitor misuse, or platform interference;
  8. your encouragement, assistance, funding, instruction, referral, employment, or procurement of another person to engage in prohibited conduct.

31. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

You and Fruiti submit to the courts of Victoria, Australia, and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.

32. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If changes are material, we may notify you through the app, website, email, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of Fruiti after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

If you do not agree, you must stop using Fruiti.

  7. distance preferences
  8. discovery anchor information

You can control device location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location access, some Fruiti features may not work properly.

4. Content and Communications

We may collect and process content you create, upload, send, receive, or interact with, including:

  1. profile photos
  2. public photos
  3. private photos
  4. stories
  5. messages
  6. group conversations
  7. comments
  8. voice or video call metadata
  9. expiring media
  10. reports
  11. feedback
  12. support messages
  13. moderation appeals
  14. safety notes

We may process communications and content for delivery, storage, safety, moderation, reporting, abuse prevention, technical reliability, legal compliance, and feature operation.

5. Verification Information

If you use verification features, Fruiti may collect and process verification-related information, including:

  3. face quality signals

  5. verification decision data
  6. verification attempts

Fruiti may use automated and human-assisted systems to assess verification.

Verification information is used for safety, trust, fraud prevention, account integrity, abuse prevention, and enforcement.

7. Payment and Subscription Information

If you purchase Fruiti+ or another paid feature, payment information may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, or another payment provider.

Fruiti may receive and store limited payment-related information, such as:

  1. subscription status
  2. product purchased
  3. billing period
  4. renewal status
  5. cancellation status
  6. payment provider customer ID
  7. transaction reference
  8. entitlement status
  9. refund or dispute status
  10. tax or region information where required

We generally do not store full card numbers.

8. How We Use Information

  2. provide Fruiti features
  3. display profiles
  4. enable discovery and matching

9. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Systems

Fruiti may use automated systems, AI-assisted systems, machine learning, rules engines, scoring tools, and human review to support:

  1. safety
  2. moderation
  3. scam detection

Fruiti does not use sensitive profile fields, private messages, verification selfies, reports, or intimate media for third-party targeted advertising.

Child Safety Standards

1. Purpose

Fruiti is committed to preventing, detecting, reviewing, and responding to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, underage access, exploitation, coercion, trafficking, sextortion, and any behaviour that may place a child or young person at risk.

These Child Safety Standards explain Fruiti’s zero-tolerance rules, in-app reporting pathways, internal review process, automated safety controls, human escalation procedures, record-preservation approach, and legal compliance process for child safety concerns.

These standards apply to Fruiti’s mobile applications, website, account systems, profile features, messaging features, media uploads, verification systems, moderation tools, support surfaces, safety workflows, and any other Fruiti-operated service or feature.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Fruiti strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors, attempted exploitation, coercion, trafficking, blackmail, sextortion, solicitation, or any conduct that attempts to involve a child or minor in sexual, exploitative, abusive, harmful, or unsafe activity.

Fruiti prohibits users from uploading, sharing, requesting, creating, threatening to share, distributing, promoting, linking to, describing, encouraging, normalising, facilitating, or attempting to obtain CSAE, CSAM, or any sexual or exploitative content involving minors.

Fruiti also prohibits attempts to evade child safety controls, including misrepresenting age, creating accounts on behalf of minors, encouraging minors to join, moving unsafe conversations off-platform, using coded language to solicit illegal content, or attempting to bypass moderation, reporting, verification, or account integrity systems.

Any account, content, message, media, behaviour, or interaction suspected of involving CSAE, CSAM, grooming, underage access, or child safety risk may be restricted, removed, escalated, preserved, reported, or permanently banned.

3. Adult-Only Service

Fruiti is an adult social, dating, connection, messaging, discovery, verification, and safety platform.

Fruiti is not intended for children or minors. Users must meet the minimum age requirement that applies in their jurisdiction and must not access, register for, or use Fruiti if they are under that required age.

Fruiti may use account checks, user reports, verification systems, moderation review, behavioural signals, safety flags, and other integrity controls to identify suspected underage accounts or attempts to misuse the service.

Where an account is suspected of being underage, Fruiti may restrict access, limit visibility, require additional verification, suspend the account, remove the account, preserve relevant records where legally appropriate, and escalate the matter for further safety review.

4. In-App Reporting and User Safety Pathways

Users can report child safety concerns directly inside Fruiti.

This includes concerns about underage accounts, grooming, exploitation, suspicious behaviour, illegal content, CSAE, CSAM, coercion, threats, trafficking, sextortion, requests for illegal material, or any interaction that may involve or endanger a child or minor.

Reports may be submitted through relevant in-app safety surfaces, including profile reporting, message reporting, user safety options, moderation/report flows, and support/contact pathways.

Reports submitted through Fruiti’s safety tools may be reviewed by Fruiti’s moderation, support, trust and safety, or escalation workflows depending on severity, available evidence, user risk, and legal requirements.

5. Fruiti Intelligence Safety Monitoring

Fruiti may use Fruiti Intelligence, a background AI-assisted safety and moderation system, to help identify and prioritise potential safety risks across Fruiti.

Fruiti Intelligence is designed to support child safety by monitoring for key triggers, behavioural signals, report patterns, account-risk indicators, moderation flags, profile signals, message-risk indicators, verification inconsistencies, repeated policy violations, and other safety-related patterns that may indicate CSAE, CSAM, grooming, underage access, exploitation, or attempts to evade Fruiti’s safety systems.

Fruiti Intelligence may help flag content, accounts, reports, interactions, or behavioural patterns for review. It may also help prioritise urgent safety queues, recommend enforcement actions, detect repeat-risk patterns, identify suspicious account behaviour, and escalate higher-risk matters to human review.

Fruiti Intelligence does not replace human judgment for serious safety decisions. Where appropriate, flagged matters may be reviewed by authorised Fruiti safety, moderation, support, or escalation personnel before final enforcement, preservation, or reporting action is taken.

Fruiti may use automated systems and human review together to support faster detection, consistent enforcement, and safer handling of child safety concerns.

6. Review, Enforcement, and Account Action

When Fruiti receives or detects a child safety concern, Fruiti may review available information including reports, account details, profile information, uploaded media, messaging context, verification signals, device or account integrity signals, prior enforcement history, and other relevant safety information where legally permitted.

Depending on the nature and severity of the concern, Fruiti may take action including:

  1. Removing content.
  2. Restricting account visibility.
  3. Limiting account features.
  4. Suspending or banning accounts.
  5. Blocking or preventing further contact.
  6. Requiring additional verification.
  7. Escalating the matter to specialised review.
  8. Preserving relevant information where legally appropriate.
  9. Reporting suspected CSAE or CSAM to relevant authorities, child protection organisations, or law enforcement where legally required or permitted.

Fruiti may act immediately where there is a serious safety risk, suspected illegal content, suspected underage access, risk of harm, attempted exploitation, or risk that evidence may be deleted or further harm may occur.

7. CSAM and CSAE Handling

Fruiti treats suspected CSAM and CSAE as urgent safety matters.

Where Fruiti becomes aware of suspected CSAM, CSAE, grooming, exploitation, or related illegal activity, Fruiti may remove or restrict the material, suspend or ban involved accounts, preserve relevant records where legally appropriate, and report the matter to relevant authorities, law enforcement, child protection bodies, or legally recognised reporting organisations where required or permitted by applicable law.

Fruiti does not permit users to use the service to store, transmit, request, trade, promote, threaten, or facilitate CSAM or CSAE in any form.

Fruiti may also restrict accounts that attempt to move suspected child safety violations off-platform, coordinate illegal activity outside Fruiti, or use coded language, links, external handles, or third-party services to evade detection or enforcement.

8. Legal Compliance and Authority Cooperation

Fruiti complies with applicable child safety, online safety, privacy, data protection, reporting, and law enforcement obligations.

Fruiti may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement, regulators, courts, child protection authorities, and other legally authorised bodies.

Where legally required or permitted, Fruiti may preserve and disclose relevant information connected to suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, underage access, exploitation, threats, or urgent safety risks.

Fruiti aims to balance user privacy with its safety, legal, and reporting obligations. Child safety concerns are handled with seriousness, urgency, and appropriate confidentiality.

9. False Reports and Misuse

Fruiti’s child safety reporting systems must not be misused.

Users must not knowingly submit false reports, fabricate child safety allegations, abuse reporting tools, attempt to harass another user through false claims, or interfere with Fruiti’s safety review process.

Fruiti may take action against accounts that intentionally misuse reporting tools. However, users who report genuine concerns in good faith will not be penalised simply because a report cannot be fully verified.
